Trust me, we are ALL (well, nearly all of us) working hard to ensure everyone is having a fun time on Unloze. Sometimes shit becomes too much and we want to release some steam, we do that in the way of shitposting a bit.
We ARE putting admins in line, we are really trying, but keep in mind, we are 'kids' too and want to have fun from time to time.
Currently we have nearly everything under control and if you have some suggestions, please let us know but also back up your suggestions with arguments so we can work on it.

George is really busy with school at the moment, once he is done with that or if he has time, he will emerge from the shadows again.

When you are against a decision, when you are agree with a decision when your opinion is not clear, in a community you have to explane yourself as many time as you can. Birdy I think you didn't get the pov of Serra, it's not really about the Poll and the decision, it's about how Jenz replied. He's our leader, the Big Guy who we are always looking and who is suppose to show us the good way. I know he's human too ofc, but as a leader sadly he have to show us the good part of him. This is how a leader work and keep is community as 1 unity. And for the poll i'm a bit agree with him because you said (Higher up) : We make a Poll choose a Theme !
So we executed what you want we vote for a theme. And now you say : Well we don't want this one because "X reason".

If at the first time you said : We will chose the Theme because there is more thing to manage around the aesthetic part, it will be more easier for us.

You forgot to mention Radiothere and Zegawa. They also do a great job. Just more time is needed to get things settled and more organised. As soon as these things are done, there shouldn't be anything anymore to be angry about.

I know what you might go through. There were so many moments where I got frustrated as well of how situations were here and I didn't feel heard. But the truth is, everyday I come back here I am glad to have friends here to talk to, to fool around with, and don't care after all when my account is hacked. Cause what matters is that this place is always here to come back to, if I need to get off some steam.

Maybe it feels like a good idea at first, but becomes a nightmare to deal with later.

Conclusions:
1. Jenz adressed to us in a bad manner, which he should regret. No leader should speak like this to his people, no matter what. But we forget and forgive.
2. Everyone on this forum is trying to help (more or less). It's not easy to recover from what happened. It will take time but we can do it.
3. If you decide on something, stick to it unless something very important comes up. Yes one man doing the work of several others is not pleasant but it is what it is. We have our lifes as well, so you can't expect us to make this a priority.
We have to move forward now and learn from our mistakes. We need to focus on the servers and the forums and not bitch fight between us (sorry if it sounded a little cheesy, but it' s the best way I could say it right now).
