As some have read already my internet has been acting like an ass recently. Does anyone have an idea of what's the cause and how I can fix it?
Problem:
When I load a youtube video (or any streaming) my connection breaks for a short time. It's usually short enough to not really notice it but sometimes it gets longer. Sometimes it even requires a re-plugging of the wifi adapter. It has never happened until max 2 months. Why does this happen only for videos? No break during gaming.
Specs:
Windows 7, wireless d-link nano usb adapter, some netgear modem downstairs.
Solutions tried:

HWiNFO doesn't show the presence of a heat sensor.

- Reinstalling the adapter driver (manually and within the settings)
- Turn off/Turn on the modem
