What past experience do you have and other things that would benefit us having you as an admin?: I was admin in Lamdaprocs community, UGC, some zombie plague servers and few zombie escape servers in CS 1.6, i'm pretty sure i know all the admin commands.

I would spec the suspect player to be sure if he is using something ilegal, if he does i would give a warn first, if he continues i would ban him and post proves that he was using something ilegal.
