New Admin/Advisor

So... I decided to put this in here because some people complains about not seeing admin/advosor updates.
So the [USERGROUP=11]@Global Admin[/USERGROUP] had a little meeting and we all agreed on making @ghoX and @Filip Admin.
We also decided to make @egyFM Advisor.
