Minigames maps + event suggestions

Suggest here the maps you would like to add to the minigames server specifying the map name and a download link. You can also explain us why it could be nice to have it on the server.

This will also be the event suggestion thread. The events i created so far, were in order to show to people some nice maps unfortunately underplayed and/or to have a theme event. Keep this in mind while suggesting your own. The guidelines are pretty much the same as for the ZE :

• You can nominate either a single map or a fitting group of maps
• Once again, nominate underplayed maps to make them known ! We don't want to play the same few maps over and over again.
• Map(s) should be difficult and event-worthy in some way. Feel free to suggest what rewards would earn the event winners.
• You may come up with some restrictions or changes for the map(s) : Allowing some weapons, changing the speed/gravity ...
• Your nominations will either be polled or directly turned into events if they are good enough
• Be creative, the more unique event the better

I couldn't have say better ! I'm the only one event manager for the minigames at the moment but it may change in the future ;)

Except for mg_tankbase_v4 and mg_train_assault_v1, all maps have been added to the server and put in rotation. Have fun!

You should update mg_pauls_multigames to the newest version.
The current one on the server was made for the time before the orange box update and causes trouble from time to time.

Unfortunaly i can't post links since this is my first post.

Just search for mg_pauls_multigames_v2_fix and add it

The v2_fix is not official though. And if the only issue of v2 is the race unbeatable sometimes, I can probably fix it without making a new version.

Everyone will need to dowload v2 just for unloze, which is kinda unnecessary and there is no extra work to do.

Ye, I checked later. It should be on the server now.

Im still confused on how it fixes bug since the race mode has no difference in the 'non solid' blocks part, so it could potentially glitch too (and that bug doesnt make any sense).

Unfortunatly the rest hasn't been added to rotation yet. I hope this will happen. :-)

• mg_battlebuilder_v1_2 it was on the server, just not rotation. Added it now
• mg_wl_multigames_v3_1 was already on rotation for atleast a year ;)
• mg_eparlana_multigame_v1_2 same as above
• mg_arcss_multigame is on the server, but it's was //mg_arcss_multigames on the mapcycle. dunno the reason. for now I put it back on rotation.
• mg_sonic_multigames_css is by the same mapper of the garbage mg_4all_multigames_rc1, with very boring minigames. I remember the sonic map to kill fps but I will add it for now to see how it goes.
• mg_dev_evo_multigames i'm not adding it cause that 120 mb map has literally 105 mb of packed content: 40 mb of sounds, that are not optimised at all, and 60 mb of textures cause the mapper is a french idiot who packed 2048x1024 pictures just for the 'levels display' at spawn, which take 50 of the 60 mb. Not worth people taking time to download that map which is a typical multigame that has nothing unique
