Hey fellow soldiers

im currently studying on a military college (extreme military life and drills with education) to graduate as lieutenant not on the army tho but interior security sectors, but the military life is required to become a strict officer as u will have many soldiers under your leadership, this is my second year now and it is very tough, especially with saudi arabia extreme heat on the summer which is now, it reaches 50C here. and yes we get out from the college on the weekends, but sometimes u get punished and be locked for 1w or 2w depending on the violation. The college is far away from my city like 1100km, and i cant see my family and friends for almost a whole year. im only doing this for money because the government pays A LOT to lieutenants here in Saudi Arabia. and i understand why they get that much, cuz its hard to become one and pass these 3 years, educationally, physically and mentally. oh btw u cant bring your phone, smoke or anything that u can enjoy doing it, but we have chromebooks for education purposes as New Heaven university teaches us here in English too.

I've done my mandatory military service in the Swiss army around 3 years ago. Good thing here is that you can go home every weekend.

If you wonder how the Swiss military army is like, just watch this video:

In order words the Swiss army is the best army in the world :lenny:.

omg so lucky dogan, bruh if i move an inch while standing ill get punishment like crawling the whole field on elbows or some shit

I have 4 family members in the military as officers, zues. what you want to know? xD

those are normal sleep times during training for almost every competent military in the world. Which military are you thinking about lol?
Stories about exercises or even UN duties in e.g afghanistan, mali

In the Finnish army the only people who are required to have a 8 hour sleep are drivers.

Everyone else gets sleep depending on how well they work. As in if you slack during a 50km march, and arrive late it’s all out of your sleep, since timetables are strict.
Kinda the same in sweden for drivers, i reckon its 5-6 hours of actual sleep and not rest.
