I would like to ask about few thing I need help with
First the css version is v93 or the older version because I have the older version tried to join it didn't work
Second if it's v93 where can I download it from and the place I am downloading it from safe or not

We can't help you with you nosteam stuff. You can download the official game after you buy it through steam. That will give you the official version you need to connect to the server.
