Failandes have been enabled on Westersand and Mako. After a short talk with @zaCade we decided not to enable them on Minas due to various reasons. If you got other maps, just list them here as I mentioned :)

the settings were done by me, after the failnades got removed completly and I wanted them back at least on some maps. if you got any maps that you want failnades enabled on, just list them here and if it seems reasonable to me i will enable them :)
