I don't think there is something to fix. I tried multiple things but it was very fucked. It was properly working only on the first round. People didn't seem to enjoy it anyway.

Note : EU and NA countries went to Daylight saving time so I moved the event to an hour earlier for GMT+0 but it shouldn't have an impact for most players. It starts at the same time as usual for mini-events (6 pm server time aka CEST). Check the Steam notification to get the real time for you...
