    This is exactly why we ask people to post live videos or client demos of their own PoV, anything else won't help as you saw with the other players in your clip. Lagcomp, in theory, should be exactly like offline play, where you time your jumps based on what you see without arbitrary delays...

    They most likely have the plugin enabled so the laser trigger is moved back for them, making it seem like they're jumping way too late from your perspective, even more so since you have lagcomp disabled so the laser is in its original position. And yes, please record and send videos when you can.

    That looks like a server demo which can't be used to check lag compensation since the lasers are different for everyone, it would look like people are jumping into the lasers and surviving. This is why you should record a demo of your POV. Anyway, from the video it looks like you jumped too...
