You misunderstood. Humans who got infected at the beginning of a round will still have the 10 points. But people who die few seconds before a round is finish should not get points for being zombie.

We can look into that, but lemme say it will always be possible to exploit this shit. Ppl can just !zspawn 30 seconds ahead but whatever.

You have people shouting in your ear on the forum and on the server and you ignore it. If someone tells you they are not motivated, you can't decide that they are motivated xDD

You are essentially adding features and saying that the adding of those features automatically makes it more motivating.

At the end, this game is zombie escape. You have to reward the purpose zombie escape. Not bullshit like being on the server for an arbitrary amount of time or simply being an existing part of a team the second the round ends. Look at the purpose of both teams and reward those purposes.

I never heard on the server someone complaining. And right here there are 3 people who complain about it yes, and i don't ignore them. But I'm saying if you actually ended up being more demotivated playing as a Zombie than before this rank, you clearly interpret something wrong. We can't set up a rank which will satisfy everyone, since everyone has other views of shit. What we made is based on "common sense" I think I have (tell me when i'm wrong), which should bring as many as possible into the boat.

As a Zombie you have the chance to get way more points for killing and winning the round. The point system is not only Human sided and Zombies can equally get good points as well. But if you end up being in spectate and just farm the 10 points, that's your problem. If you hate playing Zombie, then stop blaming the rank system. What changed is that you simply !zspawn the last second instead of sitting in Spec all Round. There are still some who want to tryhard and get the 10 points legit. And also obviously prevent Humans from getting points, which can be a lot on some maps (for example 80 points winning a hard map).

Yes I'm saying if you have a common sense it should motivate you. Why do you end up sitting in spectate if you can get possibly more points by playing, killing and increasing the chance for humans to lose? Isn't this common sense? And we made it easier to get way more points for killing Humans.

"5 Points all 20 minutes" is just a small thing and doesn't have a big impact. https://stats.unloze.com/hlstats.php?mode=actioninfo&action=staying_server&game=css-ze as you can see you cleary can not farm a lot of points by staying on the server alone not playing and sitting in spectate. it's just a small feature and not bullshit to give a little amount of points for server loyalty.

as i already told alcolo ill have a look with neon about setting a limit for zombies who spawn the last few seconds before a round ends. however it should still be possible to exploit it, just simply a little more annoying.

however i just had a moment to think about it and got the perfect solution. no more points for zombies upon win but i will increase the points for kill streaks. so if you tryhard as zombie you can get more points for killing, but you cant exploit the system by joining the last second or something. and not everyone is rewarded, just those who deserve it for tryharding and killing.

PS: Round Win Points for Mother Zombies will obviously stay. Just removing it for Normal Zombies.
PSS: Neon said we should keep 1 point for normal zombies win.
