I've been searching for this overlay for a long time it's basically a skull with animated fire around it i tried to replicate it but i failed lol

It's very unlikely you're going to find that thing.

That screenshot looks like it was 15 years ago at least and like what was said on the Discord a lot of these things were part of communities that are not around anymore and the files were lost. Here's a link to Gamebanana's misc section. Unless someone happens to have something saved on an old HDD and wants to share it with you I think this is your best bet of finding one you might like. Finding this exact one? Probably not...
