Why my item is not work?

ingame, type !status and see if you are restricted. (if you were restricted you wouldnt even be able to pick an item in the first place)
 
I checked your status while you were playing and you were not restricted. You even picked several items.
 
Seems like it's a client issue. I would recommend verifying the game cache and when you join the server. Type
