Unloze Forums unable to load/takes ages

@Selphie has been dealing with this problem for months apparently and ive just noticed it now too. The internet connection works fine without any problems and its not an IP block since vpn were still affected. !helpme

I don't seem to have any issues with the forum.

Ran a test with PageSpeed with following results:

The shout-box is the thing that slows down the front page the most. Everything else is fine.
Seems to be an issue on your end, unfortunately.

EDIT: Looks like the image proxy broke, will get that fixed. DONE
