small idea about ff and laser maps

I feel like they are overplayed at point where people get sick of it including myself. If you feel same way I would like to hear it. I'd like small cooldown increase on all laser maps(mapfag maps like wester cosmo stalker etc)

There was the recent change for ff Maps already. If an ff Map has been played recently, all ff maps gets a 5 Map CD, (does not apply for midnight restrictions)
