short term notice downtime

After OVH fixed the lag there will be two mid week events + weekend event. The midweek events will be a special exception and reward VIP again. VIP time extending was also still not handed out due to me being busy but also due to OVH still not fixing the issue. More info will come after i am available again and that they fixed the problem. I am still not sure if we just have one week with two mid week events or if we will do multiple weeks that each have two events in the middle of the week. My plan is to push some events out in the middle of the week right now after OVH fixed the lag to get the servers full again.

Considering its friday and they still did not write anything about a complete fix it might first be next week if even there :_:.
once the lag is fixed me or somebody else from staff will have to compensate everybody who had VIP back on the 9th march.

Unrelated but i updated how emailing works. i just tested with gmail so far which seemed to work. If you encounter problems you should probably inform us.
 
We had issues between 9th march and 25th march. that is 16 days. Therefore to simplify it we just say every person with VIP in that period gets their VIP extended by 20 days.
