I can't play on the server

Once I log in to the server, I am asked to choose a player character, then I choose a character and the game exits automatically.

Have you updated your GPU drivers?
Are you playing on Steam or No-Steam?
If Steam, have you tried verifying the game files or re-installing CS:S?
Are you running any custom models, sounds, etc?

I play via Steam. I have no problem playing on another Unloze server except this one. I bought the game yesterday.
