fix minigame b0ss

fix these shitty bugs in the minigame server that have been there for 2+ months.
Those bugs include
- strafing/jumping 360 degrees
- spectators can't move around you are frozen.
- some more xd`

Airacc is set correctly now. Didn't look into spec issue. Also, define "some more xd".

The spec issue is related to some sv_specspeed cvar or sv_specaccelerate

I'm having a small break after burning myself out working on the new forum theme.
However, I'm slowly gathering motivation to work on more stuff, so if MG needs some love, well..
List the most broken things into this thread and I'll have a look at all of them "soon".
