And most of the time when 2 events have a close result in the poll we just take the second best choice to make an event the next week.

First, I saw event being played/leaded without a single admins on the server and thx GA/Event Manager were present.
Second, when I first became an Event Manager the higher ups told me this : If you're not present, do not make an event.
So we just kept this rule everytime.
And Third I don't mind having help from other admins like we do on GFL (Vanya create an Event and other Admins just save the result)
But for the moment I never saw someone took a single screenshot of Event Winners except if they are in the winner list.

It really depend on how many winners and maps we do during an event.
We have an ugly shitty reward system he can take 2min or 1hour, because basicly you have to do this:

Take each winners name on each maps
Add each map reward for each players
Search in the Forum's DB, trying to remember if the player have a different IG name and forum name
Then look if the player is already a vip or not
If he's vip then search if he's a 1 Month VIP or a 2 Months VIP or a 3 Months VIP or a PERMANENT or a Rewarded VIP
Then you can finally give him the reward.
And you have to do it for each single players who won the event.
+ you have permanent vips who ask to give their rewards to someone else.

And before someone want to say : stop complaining.
I'm not I;m just telling how we have to give rewards that's it.
It's not hard it's just long.

After a rocky start we managed to snatch the victory! Good work for focusing on the gameplay, even with bhop enabled we came through the nasty reactor hold.

I will reward all people who survived the Sephiroth, even if they didn't make it in time inside. I will also give yoshmi extra 1 week VIP for making it in really quickly and being the only guy who got the points.
