Bug Event VIP

Hello , I don't know if it is normal but i don't have the vip of the event . I played yesterday and I won 5 times and I don't have the vip . Can somebody help me ?

(sorry for my english , I speak French ^^ )

There is always little delay on rewards, since we do the work manually and we have to sort out all winners.
