Isnt it a simple matter of updating the plugin? I tested it on the server and its just as you said you cant really switch weapons but i tested it offline as well and it worked really well there, no problems and weapons could be swapped. So maybe there is a new improved version or an alternative...

Couldnt we just limit induviduals that keeps spam nominating everytime a vote has passed? Like putting a nomination cooldown so if i nominate a map i gotta wait eg 10min before i can nominate again (ofc i can change the nomination). In a way i doubt it will stop people nominating the same maps...

I actually like this idea a lot but i have too agree on the downloading matter actually. We could have a skin nomination for the top25 where the people that achieved this rank is able too nominate a skin and then vote for the skins
