Hi. Y'all know me around Unloze for a while. I've been seeing this community from the past any times and decided to join here on December which it has been 5 months now and some peopel recognize me from other communities where i've been popular and having fun plus showing their true places and expose the truths and community problems lol. But I have decide to make my staff application here.

I don't use stoat as I'm only on discord. But I maybe use it in the future if I wanted to. So yeah idk if it's neccesarily I need stoat for this.

2. Why do you want to be an admin? Tell us what drives you to join our admin team and help us manage this community.
Just supporting the community and help out with advices and maybe teach more about moderations if there are new admins been hired. I also want to help out keep the place safe to avoid dramas, rule breaking, exploits, stop people knifing Zms towards Cts, fighting and spamming. I'd also like to help out with event ideas and tell about what people wanted to do and what they want us to do. I have many experience to do of how moderation works. I do not tolerate trolling but if people wants to be punished they will get punished cause it's always their choice if they want admins to punish them lol.

3. What past experience do you have and other things that would benefit us having you as an admin? List all the past duties you have done in any community and what kind of skills/knowledge do you have.
I have been an admin around some servers where I deal with problems and help out to keep the servers in peace incase if there are admins offline and they require a immediate support to end a situation or dramas that's been going on. Me and my friends keep the rules strict between the maturity and immaturity since we all know how crazy the internet is and dramas are everywhere

4. Can you play during late hours? Do you have the possibility to play during late hours (past 1-2am) and very early (before 7am). Explain why and give us some details about how you could manage the server around these hours by yourself.
Frankly not. But I only sleep till 00:00AM or 23:00PM. Depends how long I can stay awake. I mostly don't do CSS early before 7AM as I have work to do in my life. So I'm not that very active but only on my phone and when i'm home if i'm free any time

5. Imagine you as a brand new admin, suspect a player to inflate or break the server rules on purpose. Explain to us how do you approach the situation. Add any details that seem important to you.
I tell them to stop. If they don't want to stop they'll get a warning. If they ignore the warning they'll get punished. If they keep going after they got their last punishment it will be a week or longer. If it's been a week or longer punishment then it will be a ban or for the safety of the community a perma-ban. If people wants to be punished then they will get punished.

I'm in a timezone of CET and I do need some help how to know what commands y'all have and how the moderation works in y'all community. Since i don't have Stoat I do need some contact on discord or steam if y'all are still using discord. I get along with people but I don't tolerate cyberbullying and targeting as they can get gagged or muted if they want to be like that forever which can cause them to quit unloze or get themselves banned if they want to do dramas after I got accepted. Immaturity is always the problem for the communities that causes them to be in danger and can corrupt people from their attention and dramas.

Yes I just logged in here but y'all know me from ingame and how I behave and don't tolerate dramas and immaturity around as I'm being mature and ignore their dramas

i'll try to make this short and straight to the point due to me having spent time on nide much more lately. details may be lacking or differing

You recently had your admin apps and leader apps rejected due to your incapability of listening to complaints about your whole behaviour and refusing to reflect upon it to be taking actions.
You refuse to change your mindset and attitude and continue to ignite drama whenever you talk on discord.
Whenever you join ze, you act like a bigshot and lead in maps where we don't need you to. "Oh oh! But they lost 1-2 round! :((" God forbid a few fumble.
At least more than half the server !sm you whenever you join ze. Nobody is fond of you and nobody will listen to you. This is clearly important if you intend to take on a role with power that demands recognition from the community but most of the times you only think about yourself and only care about forcing your delusional idea on everybody else.
Just yesterday on nide discord rocklee being the most trusted ze player and the most friendly, approached and tried to reason with you so you maybe could finally improve yourself, and you brushed his advices away and refused to understand his points. You were turning around the question back to him numerous times and not once did I think you understood anything that came out of that convo.

You lack the quality to be providing anything for any community. You are a nuisance. You live in your own world. You think you're all grown up and capable to be doing everything but you push away anyone that's telling you otherwise. You are mentally a child yet your ego rivals the height of Burj Khalifa itself. Your hard-headed attitude of refusing to acknowledge your own flaws says alot of negative things about yourself. Sit down for a minute or two and ask yourself where you went wrong. Why people hates you. What did you need to do. What can I do to make myself likeable and trusted. Give yourself 3 more years before being serious on applying for anything because you clearly isn't ready around this age.

i did not ask for any of you guys opinion on this because it usually tends to derail the topic but hey at least its words instead of just fucking dumb +1 or -1 (except for Volt. that was very thoughtful of you, thanks for the input).

i am sorry to tell you Xan but as the situation is currently we cannot give you a chance as admin. First of all you should understand that a leader and an admin are not the same thing. Second of all you need to learn a bare minimum about social skills to interact with other people. Maybe if you played for some years would your opinions and views in general change and it could make you more suitable for admin, but right now we cannot go ahead with you. This does unfortunately have to do with your personality and the actions that you yourself decide to make actively.

it is a video game, and you take the video game way too serious, its not about always wanting to do the objective, its also about socializing with people and making new friends. Having fun doing random shit and having a good laugh with other people is what matters. i wont bother writing more, declined.
