Why is this map available for public nomination?

It's such a waste of time when it's nominated out of nowhere with almost no one knowing the map.

i just have to say it's not because we lost some times on this map they have to remove it from nom.
I think it's a good idea to let it in nomination because it's not so new now, and not so hard. Peoples have to know how to play it better.

And my problem with admun nomination is that it's useless and not cool to practice on a map.
For me map in admun list = rip training, rip win. i let admins answer
