As said again this thread is about ammunition balancing for going into 2025. I removed customized settings from the ammunition for a while. as expected p90 went back to being the meta. That was not a problem in itself from my point of view, the problem was just that population was declining before removing custom ammunition settings and then later struggled again during the time where ammunition was kept original.
I personally dont have strong feelings on it. If we keep it original there is one meta, if we try to balance it instead we from time to time try to enforce metas ourselves.
Getting into a detailed discussion about balancing specific weapons seems a bit hard due to probably being very abstract but may be possible with due given time. If you come with input that makes sense there will be after following votes.
