Childhood Games Thread

It's mostly multiplayer games or games that i played on new years eve with another friend. They aren't really my first games but the ones i enjoyed the most as a child for mostly being an absurd mess when playing multiplayer

Multiplayer game mostly, were you could use the hookshot to travel from one side of the map to the other

My first pc game, that came with the pc my dad bought

The new years eve game

Another new years eve game but we kept playing it well after since we managed to find the weapon packs for it. (food fight and naruto with unlimited ammo and no reload)

Special mention to the gta games and heroes of might and magic 3

Yo Kaka I also played Nightfire! :D

Anyway here's a random selection:

Runescape! (still playing)

Alone in the dark 2. I played it on playstation 1 and was freaked out

Digimon world 2003. Bootleg pokemon but super fun

I actually played through all harry potter games but the first and second games I played through a lot several times on the playstation

Tomb raider games!

My favourite childhood game is Sly Cooper 2 and my second favourite is Ratchet and Clank 3.

Can't count the times I replayed the stories :lul:

I also enjoyed the sequals of these games and the Jak and Daxter Trilogy, but I prefered watching my bro play Jak and daxter, because the games were too difficult for me if that makes any sense

I like that so many people here put platformers in the list. Makes sense cuz ze has a lot of parkour that u have to like.

Forgot to put this but i played soooo many hours on this game. Great times.
<3 Tekken Force.

Meanwhile i got Tekken 7 on my steam account but haven't invested much time on it after completing the story mode of it.

How could I forget Time Crisis 2 and 3 (PS2):

Fun fact: I once tried to make a ZE map based on TC2, but got frustrated trying to make the circular road at 4:32 and gave up after 10 mins :wlenny:

I couldn't call myself a big gamer when I was a kid, cuz my Pentium II didn't have any games (as I thought for a long time) and I mostly played games on my friends' PCs when I had an opportunity. It was mainly like that before I discovered such thing as Internet cafes and after several years eventually got my first decent PC (it was almost 10 years ago).
So, the highlights I played are the following.

Heroes of Might and Magic III
It was the only game I had on my old Pentium 2 which was pre-installed and had no Internet xD In fact, the HOMM 3 game required a CD (which I didn't have) and all I could enjoy were "DLCs" to the game called "Heroes' Chronicles".
I remember the day when I first discovered those games on my PC – I guess it was the day when I became a PC gamer – a gamer with a permanent access to games available right at my home.

Echelon: Wind Warriors
I really enjoyed this one. The first aero sim I ever played. And it's sci-fi! And it's made by a Russian game studio! :pogchamp:
The intro still gives me chills, ngl. The intro and the game felt so goddamn epic :feelsamazingman: And it still is :peepopog:

Need For Speed series: Underground 2, Most Wanted, Carbon

Grand Theft Auto series: GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas

Since Xenforo 1 doesn't allow me to post more than 5 videos in one reply, here's the 2nd part.

Hugo series

I had very few opportunities to enjoy this game, played it only a couple of times on my friend's friend's PC xd But ye it was a good game and very enjoyable.

Quake III Arena
No comment, guys, just enjoy the gameplay video

Conflict Desert Storm
Always played it alone, though I always got stuck at a certain map so I got tired of it quick
I cant even count how many times I reinstalled it Lmao.Fell in love with the squad management concept.

Age of Mithology
First strategy game I ever played

Rise of Nations (2nd game I really liked)

Rise of legends

Stronghold Crusader (Always bugged my father to play it with me,till I learned how it all worked)

Soldier of Fortune II (has gore etc but it had parental control ,so I had my parents put some password there, though I guesed the pw by the end of the 2nd week)
