Seriously that phantom's nomination is being considered for this event? It's not like you haven't played those maps enough and you didn't do a mini event on minas a while ago...

For zeXDiii's nomination regarding castlevania (he said he doesn't have a kicker in mind) may i suggest:
1. Either no belmont, knight and healer or
2. Only belmont and heal

Maybe fall damage enabled as well, depending how that event went.

or enable bhop for castlevania :D

batatata i made my nomination specifically because of people like you always complaining about minas. Then i added those kickers just to turn the salt to 11. Also if its that much of a problem just get your friends to brigade the poll and win, this is a democracy and whatever gets voted wins.

So you just admitted you posted this event idea to mess and annoy 70% of players; not to just have fun/have a unique event/big pop on saturday. So this is an attempt to troll right?

wow you found me out that its a trolling event what gave you that idea. was it the map combos or the kickers that literally say troll for your solo you're so smart egg. obviously its not affecting 70% of players because its winning by a decent margin so apparently more players find my event more fun than annoying. Also talking about salty yall were so salty you bitch until they change the minas cooldown from 120 maps which is already the longest to 160. So you can get off your high horse now

To promote more maps diversity, event managers came to the conclusion to put in cooldown maps that have been played during the 3 last events (usually 2). Let's give it a shot.

Keep in mind the following guidelines:

• Map(s) should be difficult and event-worthy in some way.

• Be creative, the more unique event the better.

I think you're grown up already to detect the message we want to pass with our events. You didn't figure it out? I'll help you. I will write small words instead of sentences so maybe you can understand. Diversity. Difficult. Worthy. Unique. Got it?

Ah yes i see the difficulty and worthiness of your nomination a bunch of random 1 stage maps with only kicker is no rebuys. Well fuck me if that's not the peak of difficulty and worthiness. So what i am reading is that if i put in a bunch of different laser maps its fine. So expect next nom to be deadcore, gris, grau, mist, mako v6, genso, and every other laser map i can think of. Will that be enough diversity and difficulty for ya. Actually better yet ill add poncher and memehell just so i cnat be accused of only using laser maps.

Nice, i see you're evolving! Like you said, a bunch of "random" maps, which means diversity, unfamiliarity, surprise, not so often played maps, which is all of the point of an EVENT!

Also, yay! All those maps that you mentioned could be perfectly adapted to an event, since they are difficult and not overplayed, well done! Now you only need to clear a bit your mind and nominate only a 3 or 4 of those so that the event isn't too long and it becomes a good nomination that fills all the things that an event needs! Now you are an official event nominator, congratulations!

And if you want to play the 24/24 overplayed maps, i have a good advice for you. Check Fierce's nomination long time ago for a very nice idea of a Mako event, which you can maybe apply to some other maps! With all of these things learnt, i think you're ready to be the new event manager! GREAT JOB!

thanks for the complement. You are so right your random cluster of maps is indeed diverse but as you said yourself it must be creative, difficult, event worthy, and diverse. All i see here is a diverse set of maps with little creativity involved and except for a small few arent really difficult. Know i know what you are going to say "but phantom i put no rebuys" why yes you did but the thing is no rebuys really doesnt affect the way these maps are played since u can still use your primary just like you would in any other map. Now if u had said pF settings, or I3D settings now that might introduce some diffuclty. For the creativity portion of this event there is literally no theme to this it is just a random gathering of maps that you formed into an event. So at the end of the day your event doesnt really fit with the criteria you previously stated must be required for an event nom to be taken seriously, if complained to have my event removed because you thought it would be too hard or was silly whatever, but please do not try to get on the moral high ground by saying mine isnt diverse enough when your event is about as creative as the color grey and about as difficult as boiling water.Also if u could please enlighten me on the rules as to how long an event could be i would be much obliged.

Yes, because repeating a mini event on Minas made some days ago it's very creative AHAHAHA
Yes, because mako everyone for himself is very creative, IT NEVER HAPPENS, we never see people not caring about the others on this map AHAHAH
Yes, all the maps you chose are very harddddd, impossible to win 1 round and mostly they are not played for centuries at all! AHAHAHA
And the maps i nominated are played everyday on the server, I already told admins to remove, bcs faggots keep nominating AHAHAHAHA

I'm not gonna open your mind, because there's no more GB available, so i'm gonna keep quiet now. About the duration of the event, just use common sense, which is something you lack a bit (A LOT), the goal is not to play the event for an entire day.

Yeah your right paranoid for 1 hour isnt creative i said 1 hour because thats how long i want to play the map for.
The minas event was double of all items mine if remove ammo, oil, and flag althought not entirely new is different.
Mako everyone for himself does happen but but usually people will only earth and yek laser. For mine you would be able to grav earth, electro whatever u want on the laser. Or if u want you can troll with wind and push them into humans go crazy.
You say that these maps are beat in 1 round everytime yeah that can be true of mako but we usually strruggle on minas anyways, as for paranoid we've had really go ones where we always win and times when we barely win.
The map you nominated arent played because people dont like them
they dont like the combo so much that they wwould rather play my troll event than yours, thats what really bothered you isnt it that people found yours so boring that they would rather get trolled for 3 maps than play those fun and exciting defense maps.
So rather than just have them amend the nomination or god forbid get people to vote for your you bitch and complain to admins yeah real big win there bud.
Barely any of those maps are "hard" maps just because they struggle to win maps on nide doesnt mean they are actually hard defense.
Eliminating rebuys wont even make the maps that much more difficult.

this poll is just involved around people arguing about their event noms, one is just 10+ maps that are not played but arent difficult to beat, while the other one is actually have difficulty, true it might be "overplayed"

but keep in mind that minas has a 160 cd on and its only played every 3-4 day,
paranoid people just hate because they cant comprehend that you dont run from point A to B

but at the end of the day, all this is just came from "somebody" not deeming phantoms event "not creative, diverse, event-worthy" because 10 random maps we havent played at all, is the correct way to do it?

true it might be creative and diverse, but none of them are difficult, the most close to being difficult is maybe gargantua and hold em, only because braindead people run to the end and hoping for the best.

however prepare yourself for my next event, PARANOID MARATHON 24/7 where we have to play every paranoid version every 4 hours.
