Perhaps this is not the right place to post this. I mean you're asking for a tip in catching a potential scripter on a different community.
Nevertheless I shall give you an advice. Try to lure the already mentioned player to our servers aka UNLOZE. Here, we have a 99% working plugin which can tell if he is really cheating. From there, you can try to persuade a N4all admin if the statement above is correct. In other words, get this player on our servers and if you see him getting banned by one of our admins, simply ask for the stats given by the plugin and deliver them to net4all's staff. Hope I helped.
