okay its finally good and done now. nosteamers hear the voice chat perfectly good now as intended.

alright, with two days delay i think the voice chat quality that nosteam hear from talking steam players is finally improved quite a lot. i probably have to work a bit more on it i think however. the update will be pushed tonight to ze.
